Our office has implemented a temporary “Lock door policy.” All rents need to be submitted in the drop box or online. If you need a receipt, please provide your email address and we will send you one. Otherwise, all other emergencies call 660-747-6969. Pre-made appointments are exceptions.
Now couldn't be a better time to get your tenant portals set up and pay rent online! You can also submit maintenance request or ask questions via the tenant portal. If you have already set up your portal you can access it by engaging the house icon above. Otherwise, if you have not set up your portal please call our office at 660-747-6969 or email us at with your name, address, and email and we will get it set for you!
Home Rentals and Management office will no longer be accepting cash payments. Instead, we will be taking payments via the tenant portal. Below is the link for the tenant portal. To apply for an apartment you must contact our office and view a property first.
