Our office has implemented a temporary “Lock down policy.” All rents need to be submitted in the drop box or online. If you have to have a receipt, please provide your email address and we will send you one. Otherwise, all other emergencies call 660-747-6969. Pre-made appointments are exceptions.
Now couldn't be a better time to get your tenant portals set up and pay rent online! You can also submit maintenance request or ask questions via the tenant portal. If you have already set up your portal you can access it by engaging the house icon above. Otherwise, if you have not set up your portal please call our office at 660-747-6969 or email us at with your name, address, and email and we will get it set for you!
